Yes, our bikes require cycle shoes to clip in. We offer shoe rentals for $2.50 per class. Your first rental is complimentary! Ask us about ordering a pair of Tiems at a discount! If you have your own shoes, our pedals are compatible with SPD and Delta cleats.
We have gender neutral restrooms, a fully stocked shower, and keyed lockers for your phone and other belongings. There's a filtered water fill station, and we offer water bottles, energy drinks, and electrolytes for purchase. Let us know your favorite flavors, we love your feedback!
Our class schedule goes live every Sunday at 12pm for the following 8 days. Book on our website or app to save your favorite bike- we fill up quick!
We understand life happens and you may need to cancel a class. Cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid fees. To cancel a class, login to your account, select the class, and click "cancel reservation." We do not accept cancellations via phone, email, or DM.

Our of respect to all riders, late entry is not permitted after the first song. You have a 3-minute grace period to check in. Your bike may be reassigned if you're not present before class begins. Late arrivals may be subject to cancellation fees.
We ask all riders to stay through the final stretch to respect the class flow. If you must leave early, let your instructor know ahead of time. Most classes are 45 minutes with a 3-5 minute cool down stretch. We offer 30- and 60-minute classes, clearly makes on the schedule.
If you are on the waitlist and a bike becomes available, you will be automatically be assigned a bike up to 1 hour before the start of class. For waitlisted classes, if you booked a bike and are not checked in 3 minutes before class, your bike may be released to another rider.
Use our Contact Us form to submit your cancellation request. Monthly memberships require a 30-day notice. Committed memberships will cancel at the end of the agreed term, per your membership agreement.
Yes! You can freeze your membership up to twice a year. Let us know the start and end dates in advance.
After each class, you’ll receive a “Your Workout Summary” email from Spivi, our performance tracking partner. You can also view your stats in our app by tapping the graph icon. Edit your photo, FTP, weight, and more under “Personal Fitness Profile.”
Our leaderboard measures Watts, RPM, Miles, & KJ(energy):
Watts: how hard you're working based on the level of resistance you add or remove using the knob.
RPM: How fast you are pedaling
FTP: Functional Threshold Power. During our 3-minute FTP test, everyone should work at their highest possible power output. Spivi will compute the average watts during the test and will take 80% of it as the computed FTP. For example, if your average power during this test will be 200 watts then Spivi will set your FTP value to 160. FTP can also be manually updated in our App.
KJ: This measures your energy, a combination of watts + RPM. This shows how hard your working!

Yes! Many of our riders and instructors have continued riding through pregnancy. Listen to your body, maintain a comfortable pace, and stay hydrated! As always, consult with your doctor for guidance.
